I’m making some gluten free banana protein pancakes for a quick grab and go breakfast! This recipe is so simple, hearty and yummy it’s not even funny.
~ 5 egg whites
~ 2 tbs protein powder (I used Garden of Life’s raw vanilla protein powder)
~ 2 tbs flour (I used coconut flour)
~ 1/2 cup of oats
~ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
~ 1 tsp of sweetener (I used organic agave)
~ 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
~ pinch of salt (optional)
~ 1/2 of a sliced banana
Mix up. And oil your pan (I used coconut oil). And cook on medium heat, flip about 2-3 minutes on each side. Enjoy luvs!
